DGO.WORLD is a curated luxury business directory and concierge marketplace that connects high-net-worth individuals with verified luxury service providers. The Platform includes a business directory, search functionality, luxury concierge request service, business listings, reviews, and related features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to list the business on the Platform.
• All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• The business operates legally and holds all required licenses and permits.
• You will keep listing information up to date.

DGO.WORLD reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing at its sole discretion, including listings that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or do not meet our quality standards.

5. Luxury Concierge Service

The Luxury Concierge service facilitates connections between clients and service providers. You acknowledge that:

• DGO.WORLD acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between clients and businesses.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or completion of any requested service.
• Contact information is shared with matched businesses only after request approval.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee a match or response.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission.
• Post spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

8. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant DGO.WORLD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights and is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DGO.WORLD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DGO.WORLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE ANY BUSINESS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DGO.WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS FACILITATED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DGO.WORLD IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGO.WORLD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
